We’re always hearing that there’s a shortage of people in cybersecurity. Whilst true, there are many more great people than many think, but their applications aren’t getting through to client cybersecurity decision-makers.

This is strange to us. Sourcing the right people for an organisation isn’t about emailing over tens of CVs and hoping something sticks. It isn’t about rigidly sticking to a generic job description’s must-haves and nice-to-haves. And it isn’t about trying to play people off against each other.

What We Do

We take time to understand our clients’ security challenges, and the strategic vision for their cybersecurity team for the next three years.

3. Part of your team

We then act as an in-house recruiter would do, sourcing candidates and liaising directly with the security decision-maker.

4. Candidate Screening

We first-interview all longlisted candidates ourselves, mapping their capabilities and experience onto our cybersecurity skills framework.

5. Applicant Report

We then provide our security decision-maker client with an applicant shortlist report, blinded if the client desires.

6. Facilitate interviews

We then coordinate interview rounds and ensure that all parties are communicated with clearly, transparently, and honourably.

7. Timely Follow-ups

Finally, for successful placements, we check in with both parties on a regular basis, to see if there’s anything we could help with or do better.
